We proudly source our fair trade, organic coffee beans exclusively from Grupo de Asesores de Producción Orgánica y Sustentable S.C. (GRAPOS). Formed in 2007, GRAPOS is a group of coffee producers in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas, consisting mainly of smallholder farms with an average of 3 hectares of land. GRAPOS provides essential services to its members, including finance, technical assistance and community development programs.
